11月21日にセキュリティ強化の為、システムの変更を
行わせていただきましたが、11月21日メンテナンス後から
「リヴリーブックが開かない」、「お世話ができない」等の
ご報告をいただいております。
この度はお客様にご迷惑をおかけいたしまして、申し訳ございません。
現在こちらにつきましては、調査を行っております。
同様の現象が発生した場合は、下記をお試しいただきますよう、
お願いいたします。
・プロバイダーが提供しているセキュリティサービスや
ウイルスチェックサービスでLivly Island「www.livly.com」
を対象外（制限をかけない設定）にする。
・プロバイダーが提供しているセキュリティサービスや
ウイルスチェックサービスの設定を解除する
なお上記手順でも「リヴリーブックが開かない」、「お世話ができない」等
の現象が発生した場合は、こちらのページよりログインを
お試しいただきますよう、お願いいたします。
